Mr. Alexander's primary practice is defending hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice actions. In practice since 1999, he has significant trial experience in state and federal court.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Alexander was South Carolina Upstate Director for United States Senator Ernest F. Hollings. He has served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Family Counseling Center of Greenville County and was appointed by the Governor of South Carolina to serve on the Board of Examiners for Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists and Psycho-Educational Specialists.
