James A. (Jim) Blair focuses his practice in the areas of real estate development, coporate law, real estate litigation, and public utilities.

Mr. Blair represents developers and public and private corporations. While serving those clients he has also been extensively involved in the development of client business plans.

Mr. Blair earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his law degree from the Syracuse University School of Law. He also received a Certificate in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.
