Mr. Best's practice is primarily in the construction litigation area. He has been involved in complex construction cases and has obtained significant trial experience in a number of insured products, premises, and personal injury actions. An example of matters handled include working on over 100 construction cases, including representing one of the nation's largest home builders in connection with synthetic stucco claims in South Carolina. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Best practiced in Augusta, Georgia.

Mr. Best is an active member of the Construction Group of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Construction Consortium of the ABA.
