Mr. Boston concentrates his practice and has extensive experience in civil litigation with special emphasis in the areas of products liability, general business torts and commercial litigation. He serves as lead attorney and has coordinated the trial of numerous complex cases in each of these areas. He has served as a team leader of the firm's product liability, toxic tort and environmental practice area and continues as an active member of that team.

Mr. Boston received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina in 1961 and his LLB from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1965, where he was a member of the Board of Editors, South Carolina Law Review (1963-65) and Society of Wig and Robe. He is admitted to practice in all South Carolina courts, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (South Carolina Editor for Insurance Counsel Journal, (1984-87), the Defense Research Institute, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association, and the South Carolina Judicial Invitational Conference. He served as General Counsel to the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce (1995-97) and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
