Commercial Law

The Commercial Law Committee was established in 1997 to afford members a forum for sharing knowledge, developments and strategies with colleagues. The Committee welcomes as its members those attorneys whose practice or interest includes commercial litigation.

The goal of the Committee is to create an opportunity for each of its members to combine their talents and experience with others -- in order that our collective ability to represent our clients is enhanced. The Committee attempts to achieve this goal though substantive law breakout sessions at the SCDTAA meetings and the occasional publication of an article in The Defense Line.

Through networking, publications, and sharing of information, the Commercial Law Committee seeks to offer opportunity and resources to those who have an interest in this substantive law area. All are welcomed. For more information, contact David Conner, Committee chair.
