Products Liability

The mission of the Products Liability Committee is to provide the South Carolina Defense Trail Attorneys' Association and its members with timely presentations in both The Defense Line and at the annual and joint meetings regarding products liability. The Committee is made up of SCDTAA members who practice in the products liability arena.

The Committee is chaired by Gray Culbreth of Collins & Lacy, P.C. Anyone wishing to join the Committee, submit an article for The Defense Line or present a portion of the breakout session should contact Gray.
