Does anyone have any recommendations for an engineer to look at an ATV to determine if wreck was operator error or product malfunction.  Any suggestions?

You can email me at rbrown@mkb-law.com

    Thanks,

Looking for any information regarding this aquatics/pool expert  from Greer South Carolina.  Names of cases in which his deposition was taken would be most helpful.

I am assisting on a case that involves a claim of damage to a peach orchard due to "overspray". I need an expert in damage to agricultural products (ideally peaches). Can anyone give me a name or point me in the right direction? Thanks

I received a letter from Greenville County EMS attaching an AG's opinion dated 8/19/9 stating that EMS records cannot be obtained absent a court order (the cite for the AG opninion is 2009 WL 2844876). Has anyone heard or dealt with this position before? Did you petition the court for an order, and if so, what was your strategy?

I am looking for a pulmonologist for a medical review.  Preferably in the Low Country, but will go to Cola.

In a medical malpractice case, has anyone dealt with the issue where the notice of intent is filed without an expert affidavit because the notice of intent was filed within 10 days of the statute of limitations? 15-36-100(c)(1) provides that a plaintiff can supplement with the expert affidavit within 45 days from where the filing is within 10 days of statute of limitations.

On September 24, 2009, join us at the Capital City Club in Columbia for our inaugural Deposition Boot Camp/CLE from 10:00am - 1:00pm.  This program is designed to teach all the basics of deposition skills.  From preparation, examination of witnesses and protecting the record, to videotaped depositions, 30(b)(6) deponents, and ethical considerations, this is a great opportunity to learn from the experts on the essentials of taking and defending depositions.  We encourage our member firms to provide their associates with this unique learning opportunity and to explore the various benefits of the SCDTAA.   Registration is available on-line, so make your plans now to attend.

I am looking for learned articles, exams, depos, etc. wherein Annular Tears are discussed and their relationship, if any, to the need for extensive spinal treatment up to and including shots, IDET, Plasma Disc Decompression, Fusion, etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.
